SWAT Saison 6 Intrigue

The season five finale was full of shock, action, and drama. The episode was titled Farewell, and a lot happened at the end of season five. Street woke up in bed with the girl of his dreams. He had feelings for Kris for a long time, and was so relieved that she finally confessed that she loved him too, and they eventually slept together. Chris tried to escape before Luca arrived, but the latter arrived early and saw the two of them together and was very happy for them both. He tried to give them a top five, but Chris refused. I told him not to tell anyone because it was Chris’ last day, and the couple didn’t want a rumor ruining everything.

Later, while in and out of Hondo’s house, Daniel Sr saw a pregnancy test in one of Nichelle’s boxes. He had to tell his son about it because he thought Nichelle might be in danger. Hondo was very excited and tried to hold back his smile, but failed miserably. When it came time for someone to risk their life for the mission, Luca was chosen because Hondo was about to become a father.

Hondo and Nichelle decided to name Luca the godfather of their child. Next season, we’ll likely see more of the relationship between Street and Chris and what the premise for next season will be with Chris leaving.

After five years, I will be leaving SWAT to pursue new creative projects. Chris never retreats from the unknown, and as an actor and director, no I can’t wait to break out of my comfort zone and start a new chapter, too.”

Showrunners Shawn Ryan and Andy Dettmann also released a statement appreciating her service on the show and behind the cameras. The statement says:

For five seasons and 106 episodes, we have had the pleasure of watching Lina Esco bring Chris Alonso to life in SWAT When Lena came to us a year ago to tell us that she wanted to pursue other projects, we all worked hard to give Chris a proper goodbye throughout the season, knowing just how important and symbolic she was to our fans. This season, Lina has rewarded us with exciting performances as well as tremendous work directing an episode. It’s hard to replace what Lena did on the show and what Chris represented to our audience. We will miss Chris, but especially Lena, and we wish her all the best in whatever she chooses next.”
