°750 g Brussels sprouts
°4 garlic cloves
°3 tablespoons olive oil (I chose lemon olive oil)
°2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Wipe them with a clean cloth.
Peel the garlic cloves and mix them.
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Placing Brussels sprouts on baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil on Brussels sprouts. Add the garlic, salt and Espelette pepper. To mix everything.
Preparation of Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and stir in the parmesan. Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
