°1 kg of potatoes
°50 g of grated cheese
°20 cl liquid fresh cream
°1 pinch grated nutmeg
°1 clove of garlic
°Salt and pepper from the mill
Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Peel, rinse and cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Peel, rinse and crush the garlic clove.
Beat the egg and the cream in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper then add the nutmeg.
Take a dish of gratin and rub it with the garlic then brush it with butter.
Then, place the potato slices on top.
Drizzle with the cream and egg mixture then cover with grated cheese.
Put in the oven for 45 min.
