°100 g peanut butter
°100 g butter with salt crystals
°70 g coconut sugar
°100 g flour
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1 pinch of salt
°50 g rolled oats
Leave the butter at temperature for about twenty minutes then whisk it with the butter and the coconut sugar until you obtain a smooth paste.
Add the egg and mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Mix with the peanut butter mixture.
Stir in the rolled oats.
Using a teaspoon, place balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them.
Press the tines of a fork on the flattened ball.
Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
