°5 fish steaks
°1 teaspoon chilli powder (or paprika)
°½ teaspoon turmeric powder
°Oil for frying
Squeeze the fish steaks well between several layers of paper towel to squeeze out all the water.
Mix the spices and marinate the steaks in this mixture (at least 10 minutes).
Heat the oil and fry the fish steaks (about one minute on each side).
