°7 cups water
°1 C. tbsp peeled and sliced ginger
°½ cup lemon juice
°⅓ cup maple syrup
°1 cinnamon stick (6 inches)
°2 cups diced pineapple
°2 cups diced watermelon
°2 cups blueberries
°2 cups diced apples
°2 cups grapes cut in 2
Bring the water to a boil over high heat and add the cinnamon stick and ginger slices.
Let simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes then add the lemon juice and maple syrup.
Set aside, let cool completely and then strain the syrup. You can clean and cut your fruit while the syrup cools.
Put your fruit in the syrup and keep your salad in the fridge
