Peanut Butter Banana French Toast Rolls

Ingredients:

10 slices of white bread, crust removed
1 banana, sliced thinly
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Butter for frying
Maple syrup, to serve

Instructions:

Flatten Slices Of Bread With A Roller. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each slice and place banana slices on top
Roll up slices of bread firmly and securely with a chopstick.
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter.
Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully covered.
Fry rolls until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve hot with maple syrup.
