INGREDIENTS
150 ml sunflower oil
250 g of flour
1 spoonful of cocoa
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 tablespoon of baking soda
280 grams of brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
200 ml of sour cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
15 ml of red dye
2 eggs
For the coverage:
175 g of salted butter
375 grams of glazed sugar
175 g of cream cheese
Red fruits
PREPARATION
To begin with, we mix sugar with flour, cocoa, yeast, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
On the other hand, we whipped the sour cream, oil, vanilla, colouring and eggs.
We add to the previous mixture, mix well and put in circular molds of about 14 cm and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Let’s cool and unmold.
Next, we prepare the topping: we mix the butter, sugar and cream cheese and beat until there is a homogeneous mixture.
We put one of the cakes on a plate, grease with topping, cover with the other cake, grease more topping and decorate with red fruits
