Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g chocolate (dark or milk)
½ cup Greek yogurt
Chopped almonds (optional)
Preparation Method:
Mix milk, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla in a pot. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat, add white chocolate until melted, then blend in Greek yogurt.
Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze overnight.
For the coating, melt chocolate, mix in almonds, dip frozen ice creams, and serve.
