Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of grated dates
  • 200 ml of hot milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml d’huile
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 200 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

Instructions :

  1. In a bowl, pour hot milk over the grated dates and let them rest for 10 minutes.
