Ingredients:
1 kilo of flour
200 grams of butter
Tibia water
Preparation:
Mix flour with butter.
Add the water little by little and start kneading until you get a soft, moist dough. Add a pinch of salt.
Place the empanada batter in a bowl and cover with a cloth or see-through film.
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough on a table with a little flour.
Cut out circles of dough and fill them with your favorite ingredients.
Fry in oil until golden outside.
