Fruit dessert with 3 milks

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400 grams) of condensed milk
  • 1 can (400 grams) of evaporated milk
  • 1 can (400 grams) of cream milk
  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • 1 cup of peaches in amber
  • 1 cup of cherries in marble
  • 1 cup grated coconut (optional)
  • Sunflower or vanilla scones

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream until well incorporated.
  2. Peel and cut pineapple, mangoes, bananas and strawberries into small pieces.
  3. Add the chopped fruits to the mixture of three milks and stir gently to absorb.
  4. Place a layer of sunflower or vanilla sponge cake in the bottom of a cake mold.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture and three milks over the cakes in the mold, making sure to distribute the fruits evenly.
  6. Cover the mold with paper film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, so that the flavors mix and the cakes soak well.
  7. Before serving, garnish with grapes, lime peaches, lime cherries and grated coconut if desired. Enjoy this delicious fruit dessert with three well-cold milks.
