Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 grams) of condensed milk
- 1 can (400 grams) of evaporated milk
- 1 can (400 grams) of cream milk
- 1 pineapple
- 2 mangoes
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup of grapes
- 1 cup of peaches in amber
- 1 cup of cherries in marble
- 1 cup grated coconut (optional)
- Sunflower or vanilla scones
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk and cream until well incorporated.
- Peel and cut pineapple, mangoes, bananas and strawberries into small pieces.
- Add the chopped fruits to the mixture of three milks and stir gently to absorb.
- Place a layer of sunflower or vanilla sponge cake in the bottom of a cake mold.
- Pour the fruit mixture and three milks over the cakes in the mold, making sure to distribute the fruits evenly.
- Cover the mold with paper film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, so that the flavors mix and the cakes soak well.
- Before serving, garnish with grapes, lime peaches, lime cherries and grated coconut if desired. Enjoy this delicious fruit dessert with three well-cold milks.
