Gel food coloring (black, purple, teal, blue)
Filling:

4 oz cream cheese, softened (½ package)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
Chocolate Ganache:

½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Black gel food coloring
Directions:

Prepare the Cake:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
2️⃣ Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3️⃣ In a larger bowl, beat eggs for 3 minutes until pale yellow, then gradually add sugar, oil, buttermilk, vinegar, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Fold in the flour mixture. Divide and color the batter with gel food coloring.
5️⃣ Drizzle colored batter into the pan in a swirling pattern.

Bake and Roll:
1️⃣ Bake for 12-13 minutes. Immediately roll the cake with a towel dusted with powdered sugar.
