I made egg rolls

I made egg rolls today. Not only that they’re delicious, it is easy and cheap. Here’s what you’ll need to make 25 egg rolls: Cost about $10.00
1 lb of ground beef/pork/chicken/turkey
1 lb shredded carrots
1/2 of a small cabbage- shredded
1 – 12 oz pkg of bean sprouts
1/2 onion
2 tbspn of soy sauce
2 tbspn of cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg of egg roll wrappers ( 25 sheets)
2 eggs – as a binding agent
Sauté the onion until clear, add the meat; stir until done. Add the carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage and soy sauce and cover for a few minutes. Add the 2 eggs and stop the cooking process by turning the burner off. You don’t want to overcook the veggies. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain and allow to cool.
Put about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture to each wrapper. Fry in high heat. Serve with sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy!!
