MOKA MESES CAKE

Ingredients:

for 1 pan
3 whole eggs
60 grams of fine granulated sugar
70 grams of medium flour
10 grams of powdered milk
10 grams of cornstarch
80 grams of Butter, melted
1/2 tsp of sp

Additional ingredients:
Holland meses around 350 grams
(for 1 cake 3 layers, diameter 24x height of cake 15cm) and additional mocha Buttercream to taste.

Method:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT melted butter, mix until fluffy. Add melted butter, stir well.
Pour into pan, bake at 180’c until cake is cooked.

Remove cake, cool. Spread cake with mocha butter cream, add Holland meses / decorate according to taste.
