1 lb (500g) ground beef
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (30g) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Directions:
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Shape Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat Oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook Meatballs: Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Drain and Serve: Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
