Reese’s Bundt Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake:

• 1 box of chocolate cake mix
• 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

For the Frosting

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (to decorate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Prepare Dough: Mix all the cake ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Add the chopped Reese’s.
  3. Bake: Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then unmold and cool completely.
  4. Prepare Frosting: Heat heavy cream to a boil, remove from heat, add chocolate chips and mix until smooth.
  5. Glaze: Drizzle glaze over cooled cake and decorate with additional chopped Reese’s.
