This decadent Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle is a delightful combination of rich chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and the subtle warmth of Baileys Irish Cream. It’s a no-bake dessert, making it perfect for entertaining or a special treat.

Ingredients
Crust:

24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
Whipped Cream:

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
Garnish (optional):

Instructions
Prepare the Crust:

Combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix well until it resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a trifle dish or individual serving glasses.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and Baileys Irish Cream. Beat until well combined.
Make the Whipped Cream:

In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and Baileys until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Trifle:

Layer half of the Oreo crust in the bottom of the trifle dish or glasses.
Top with half of the cheesecake filling.
Add half of the whipped cream.
Repeat the layers, ending with whipped cream.
Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
Chill:
