Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and serve warm as a dipping sauce for seafood.
