Crockpot Cowboy Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 can whole kernel corn (15 oz), drained
1 can pinto beans (15 oz), drained
1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained
4 cups beef broth
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup potatoes, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat.
Add the cooked beef and onion mixture to the crockpot.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, pinto beans, kidney beans, beef broth, taco seasoning, and diced potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
