Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf with Melted Swiss Cheese


Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup French onion soup
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and cover until melted.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
