Ingredients
Ribeye Steak:
- Preheat your grill or cast iron skillet to high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garlic Butter Shrimp:
- Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact if desired.
- In a skillet, melt some butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Russet Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Pierce the potatoes with a fork in several places to allow steam to escape during baking.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
To serve, plate the ribeye steak alongside the garlic butter shrimp and russet potatoes. You can also add a side of your favorite vegetables or a salad for a complete and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
