1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and the dry instant vanilla pudding mix.
