8 ounces ramen noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions:
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the thinly sliced flank steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Pour the sauce over the beef in the skillet and stir to coat.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and the beef is cooked through.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef and broccoli.
