Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (like tilapia or cod)
2 lemons, sliced into pieces
1 stalk of fresh coriander
fin 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced
enta Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
How to Prepare
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cuts 4 large pieces of aluminum foil or baking paper.
Place each fish fillet in the center of a piece of paper.
Season each steak with salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Spread the lemon, tomato, onion and pepper slices over the steaks.
Add a splash of olive oil and a handful of fresh cilantro on top of each one.
Close the papers by forming well-sealed packages so the juices don’t escape when cooking.
Bake the packets in the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steaks.
Serve immediately, opening the packets on the plate for aromatic steam to be part of the presentation.
