Ingredients
115 grams, melted dark chocolate
1 1/4 cups of butter, melted
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of vanilla liquid
1 cup of flour, kneaded
1/4 cup cocoa powder, grated
30 cubes of cow milk, frozen for ice cream
1 cup whipping cream, for ice cream
1 scoop of vanilla liquid, for ice cream
1 cup glazed sugar, for ice cream
1 cup chocolate chip cookie, chopped
3 cups of whipped cream
1/2 cups of chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add dark chocolate to a bowl with butter until you get a homogeneous mixture, add sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, flour and cocoa. Blends in just right well.
Add mixture to form a thin layer to a greased mold, bake for 20 minutes. Chillin and bookin.
Pour all the ice cream ingredients into the Vitamix® glass in the order indicated, close the lid well, select speed 1, turn on the blender and gradually increase the speed up to 10 and then up to the high level.
Use the pressure bar to direct the ingredients towards the blades, shake until ice cream forms. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix the cookies little by little without fully integrating into the ice cream.
Spread ice cream on brownie sheet and freeze, spread whipping cream and sprinkle chocolate chips.
Freeze until fully solid. Remove from freeze, serve in equal squares, serve and enjoy.
