Ingredients:
100g of chocolate chips
Hot milk (enough to melt the chocolate chips)
2 cups of thick cream
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of Baileys
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pack of oreos or cookies of your choice
Instructions:
In a heat-resistant bowl, combine the chocolate chips with a warm splash of milk. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Let it cool down.
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Add the powdered sugar, Baileys and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Keep beating until firm spikes are formed.
Incorporate the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
Crush your choice of Oreos or Cookies until they are thin crumbs.
In serving glasses, interplay layers of the chocolate cream mix with the cookie crumbs, starting with a layer of cream, followed by a layer of cookie crumbs. Repeat until glasses are full, finishing with a layer of cream.
Refrigerate parfaits for at least 1 hour before serving.
