Shark Week Frappuccino

Makes: 2 Medium Frappuccinos
Prep Time: 6 hours (if making ice cream)

Ingredients
For the Shark Ice Cream:
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 small tub of white icing
2 drops light blue gel food coloring
4 tablespoons sugar
10 shark gummies
For the Frappuccino:
1 cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup water
Ice
Milk
Whipped topping for topping
Additional shark gummies for garnish
Instructions
Make the Shark Ice Cream:
Whip the Cream:

Place the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Blend on low speed for about 4 minutes, gradually increasing the speed to 6 as it thickens until it resembles whipped topping.
Mix in Sweetened Condensed Milk:

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and 1 drop of light blue food coloring into the whipped cream.
Create Marbled Effect:

Pour half of the blue cream mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
Drop spoonfuls of white icing randomly into the blue mixture without stirring.
Pour the remaining blue cream mixture on top and add the shark gummies.
Freeze:

Place the pan in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Prepare the Frappuccino:
Blend Strawberries:

In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries and ⅓ cup water. Blend until smooth.
Assemble Frappuccino:

In the blender, add a few scoops of the prepared shark ice cream, ice, and milk to achieve the desired consistency. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Serve:

Pour the frappuccino into glasses.
Top with whipped topping and garnish with additional shark gummies.
