HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN:

4 boneless chicken thighs cut into strips
2 tbsp cornstarch plus 1 tsp
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp parsley chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix chicken with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp cornstarch.

Mix broth, soy, rice vinegar, brown sugar and honey together plus 1 tsp cornstarch. Put aside.

Over medium high heat add oil and cook chicken approximately 4-5 minutes, flip over and cook another 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add in butter & garlic.

Add in broth honey mixture and allow to simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked thoroughly. Add in chili flakes and parsley. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
