- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)

Directions:
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, ground beef, and crumbled bacon to the cheese sauce. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, garnish with chopped pickles and green onions before serving.
