Ingredients :
• 200g chocolate biscuits, crushed
• 100g melted butter
• 400g cream cheese, softened
• 100g of sugar
• 200ml heavy cream
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 100g melted dark chocolate
Instructions :
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press a springform pan and relax.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Divide the mixture in half. Mix the peanut butter in one half and melt the chocolate in the other.
- Spoon dollops of each mixture onto crust, alternating flavors. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
