1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Cut the 1 pound boneless thick-cut pork chops into bite-sized pieces.
Toss the pork chop pieces with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 ½ teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning, 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon onion powder. Ensure the pieces are well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Add the pork chop bites to the basket in an even layer.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F. Shake the basket halfway through to cook evenly.
Toss the cooked bites with 2 tablespoons melted salted butter.
Serve immediately with chopped parsley, if desired.
