Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 pounds chicken breasts (cut them in half pieces)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour (for gravy)
- 1½ cups low sodium chicken or beef broth
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Mix flour, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg with water.
