Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), undrained
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (10-ounce) bag tortilla chips, crushed
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
