Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups chopped nuts (pistachios, walnuts, or almonds)
1 cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and chill.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
Pour half of the batter into the pan, then add a layer of chopped nuts and drizzle with honey. Pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set. Let cool, then drizzle with more honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
