Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4-5 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
1-2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Chopped chives (for garnish)
Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Dip:
    In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Make the Topping:
    In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are coated with butter.
  4. Assemble:
    Spread the jalapeño mixture evenly in an oven-safe dish.
    Sprinkle the panko topping over the dip.
  5. Bake:
    Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with crumbled bacon (if using) and chopped chives.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
