Peanut Butter Cup French Toast


Ingredients:

4 slices bread
1/4 cup peanut butter
4 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Butter for cooking
Directions:

Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread, and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
Top with remaining bread.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture and cook in butter until golden brown.
Serve with syrup or powdered sugar.
