- 4 sausages (any variety you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the lemon green beans:
- 1 pound (about 450g) green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and dried thyme or rosemary. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Brush the garlic herb butter over the sausages, coating them evenly.
- Bake the sausages in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

- Once the sausages are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
