• 1 pound Kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns or diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced Kielbasa sausage, frozen hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and diced mushrooms (if using). Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
