CHEDDAR BROCCOLI SADAD

Ingredients:

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: crumbled bacon, chopped nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped red onion.
