Ingredients:
5 eggs
180g of sugar
180g all-purpose flour.
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 6-7 minutes.
- Slowly whisk the sifted flour, without releasing air from the mixture.
- Pour into a 20cm baking mold covered with parchment.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/330°F, then open the oven door and let cool for 10 minutes.
