BBQ CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

(3kg of chicken)

12 hot chillies
3 kiles wide
2 chiles chipotle
3 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
6 cloves of garlic
1/4 onion
Three branches of thyme
1/2 cumin
20 black peppers
10 Fat Peppers
7 cloves of smell
1.5 cds of dried oregano
1 Piece of Cinnamon
Go out to taste
Banana leaves

PREPARATION

  1. – Soak the chillies, onions and garlic in a little oil for 2 minutes when they are ready to add water or chicken broth to finish softening for another 5 minutes.
  2. – Take the chilies to the blender by adding all the spices, the vinegar and dilute perfectly.
  3. – Add the sauce from the blender to the chicken pieces and marinate for about 2 hrs.
  4. – Prepare the steamer with water up to the marked line, put a bed of banana leaves and arrange the chicken pieces add a few avocado leaves and take to the lumbre for 3 hrs, check the water level every hr.

The barbecue is ready. Delicious!
