PORK TENDER IN SAUCE

Ingrédients
1kg of tenderloin in steaks (the quantity always according to dinners)
olive oil
salt and pepper
oregano
flour to knead the steaks
three cloves of garlic
a pepper
a tomato


half glass of white wine
We put salt, pepper and oregano on steaks. We flour them and fry them.. just round and round to seal.
We passed them to a crock pot where we’re going to cook them later. Once this step is done, we pour some oil so that it doesn’t have any flour residues and we saute the garlic, pepper and tomato all chopped into irregular pieces because once saute we’re going to crush it.
When it’s well poached we add wine and let it evaporate. Pass to the blender glass and grind well, put on top of the meat and add some water to cover… but not in excess. Let it simmer until we see how tender it is.. about 20 or 30 minutes.
We can accompany it with a mashed potato,
A couple of French fries… or a salad.
