Ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cream cheese
For the candy
1 and a half cups of sugar
1/2 cup of water
Preparation:
Prepare a candy with sugar and water in a mold with a lid.
All the other ingredients are put in the blender.
Place the mixture in the caramelized bath Maria mold in an oven at 180°C until a chopstick comes out clean when inserted.
