Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
1 n 1/2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of yeast powder
Preparation:
Beat eggs, sugar and butter in blender for about 1 minute.
Add flour and milk little by little, then add powdered yeast and beat for 1 more minute.
Pour the dough into a greased, flourished mold, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until a stick comes out clean.
If you want a sweeter touch, make some holes in the cake with a knife and, when you take it out of the oven, pour condensed milk on top. Leave the biscuit on the top of the oven off until it cools.
