Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (about 1 kg) beef chuck roast, thinly sliced

  • Hoagie rolls or sandwich buns

Instructions:

  1. Place the thinly sliced beef chuck roast, green bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
